The Senate Confirmation Hearings for Rex Tillerson, are happening now!  Go to the link if you are interested.  In addition to concerns about Tillerson’s connections to Vladimir Putin and Russia “Hello” has brought to our attention a new article about Tillerson’s tenure as President of the Boy Scouts.    Tillerson served as President of the Boy Scouts from 2010-2012.  During that time Tillerson had access to thousands of files of documented Sexual violence against children.  Those cases wer enever reported to the police.

While Tillerson was President there was a suit filed in Oregon demanding that the scouts release 1900 files of sexual abuse.  The Oregon Supreme Court issued its ruling after Tillerson stepped down as President, but he must have been aware of the content of the files while President.

During Tillerson’s tenure, one particular case was working its way through the Oregon court system, culminating in an October 2012 ruling in the Oregon Supreme Court—four months after Tillerson stepped down as president—that ruled the BSA had to release 1,900 files to the public.

The attitude of Tillerson while serving as President of the Boy Scouts is frightening!  He was willing to cover-up outrageous behavior, knowing that the cover-up would likely result in additional cases of abuse.  He was supposed to be looking out for the boys in the Boy Scouts instead of the leaders.  Yet he acted to protect the leadership of the scouts, instead of the thousands of boys.  As Secretary of State, the citizens of America would be the people he should be protecting, but the liklihood is that it would be Trump that he would actually be protecting.

President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming chief of staff admitted that Russia was behind last year’s hacking and leaking of internal emails from top officials at the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

In an interview on “Fox News Sunday” with Chris Wallace, Reince Priebus acknowledged that Trump “accepts the fact that this particular case was entities in Russia,” but argued that the DNC should be criticized for not taking cyber security more seriously.

“I think he accepts the findings, Chris,” Priebus said of Trump. “But here’s the thing that everyone needs to understand. When this whole thing started, it started from the Russians 50 years ago. In other words, this is something that’s been going on in our elections for many, many years. The Russians, the Chinese, the Iranians — it happens, every election period.”

Trump and Priebus have evidently resolved their differences.  Reince Priebus previously was reported to be “furious” with Trump.  Priebus was previously livid with Trump over his remarks toward the parents of the soldier, a Muslim U.S. Army captain killed in the Iraq war.  Priebus was also reported to have been livid over Trump’s refusal to endorse House Speaker Paul Ryan and Senator John McCain.

Priebus was reported to “ feel like a fool,” as a result of ever trusting Trump.

Priebus feelt “burned” by Trump’s string of self-inflicted wounds and his refusal to observe basic decorum by giving Ryan his support.  Now that Trump is President-elect, it seems that Priebus is willing to defend anything Trump says or does.  How could any American defend the hacking of information to impact an election by a foreign government by saying that the opposing party had known about hacking in the past and failed to try harder to stop it.  It’s like saying that when Russia launches a nuclear weapon, it’s not ideal but Obama knew they had nuclear weapons and didn’t go to war with Russia to force them to relinquish their nuclear arsenal.  An attack on the American election system is never O.K.  The day we stop fighting to put an end to Russian interference with our elections is the day that we turn over control of our country to Russia….Oh wait, we already did that!

President-elect Donald Trump turned to Twitter  to call for the US to increase the capability of its nuclear arsenal.

Pause for a moment to consider the outrageous nature of the President-elect making reference to something so serious as nuclear weapons on something so trivial as Twitter.  Many people have lost sight of the danger presented by a nuclear war.  We speak about a nuclear bomb with confidence that nobody would be so foolish as to initiate a nuclear war.  For years America has been a proponent of reducing its nuclear weapons.  In fact on June 19, 2013, Obama released a  fact sheet on its updated nuclear weapons policy. The Nuclear Posture Review Implementation Study (NPRIS) reported that the United States could safely reduce the number of strategic nuclear weapons by up to one-third below the current levels. Further, the NPRIS stated that the U.S. could do this unilaterally, but prefers to reduce through a negotiated agreement with Russia. Yet Donald Trump feels current levels, which were set by the 2010 New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (New START), are already controversially low until such time as the world comes to its senses regarding nukes.”

The truth is that there are over 15,500 nuclear weapons in the world, with the majority held in America and Russia.  It is estimated that the United States has 7100 and Russia has 7300.

It is predicted that if there were a nuclear war between the United States and Russia, it would result in a mass extinction event that would occur, similar to what happened 65 million years ago, when the dinosaurs were wiped out following a large asteroid impact with Earth (70% of species became extinct, including all animals greater than 25 kilograms in weight).  If such a calamity were to occur it is likely that even humans living in shelters equipped with many years worth of food, water, energy, and medical supplies would probably not survive in the hostile post-war environment.

So the logical question is why would Donald Trump advocate increased nuclear proliferation for any country.  Why isn’t he planning to use his special relationship with Vladimir Putin to get a mutual agreement to reduce, not increase nuclear weapons?  Forget the potential consequences of a nuclear war.  Just the cost of building more nuclear weapons would likely result in adding billions to the ever increasing national debt.  How can any person living on the planet fail to see the unthinkable danger that nuclear proliferation presents for America, and the world?

It’s WWIII.  It’s a cyber war, and it has had an impact on the 2016 election.  To say that Trump wasn’t part of the conspiracy is ludicrous.  He encouraged it on national television.

Now that Trump has won the election, he claims that Russian interference didn’t happen.  Yet the evidence is overwhelming!  This site spells out the findings.

“It is the assessment of the intelligence community that Russia’s goal here was to favor one candidate over the other, to help Trump get elected,” the Post quoted a senior U.S. official as saying. “That’s the consensus view.”

The evidence of a reason to be genuinely fearful about the involvement of Russia in the election is Trump’s recent pick for Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson. Tillerson admits he is a long-time friend of Vladimir Putin.

Trump suggests that the hack was not revealed until AFTER the election.  In fact it was reported at least as early as October 13th.   Now Trump disputes the validity of the intelligence that the hacking occurred.  In fact 17 AGENCIES HAVE CONFIRMED THE HACK, INCLUDING THE CIA.

A bipartisan group of senators, including John McCain, R-Arizona, Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-South Carolina, and Sen. Jack Reed, D-Rhode Island, and Republican Speaker  of the House called for an investigation into the intelligence community’s finding that Russia attempted to influence the election.

With Russia now accused of interfering in the U.S. election, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin made a crack that recalls one of her most famous lines from the 2008 campaign, when she was the Republican vice presidential nominee.

    Palin tweeted on Sunday:

  • tillerson-and-putin-two
  • Sarah Palin isn’t reloading!  SHe isn’t attacking the country who has hacked the most precious of American rights, the right to elect our leaders.  Sarah is laughing about it.  If she could keep an “eye on them” then she should have prevented the hack.  Since she didn’t, she must bear responsibility for not being incensed about the hack.  All of our rights guaranteed in the Constitution could be eliminated by the election of a corrupt President with ties to Russia.  It is more important than ever the the American people stand together now and demand a new election, free from influence of countries outside the United States.  If we don’t demand a new election, America will never be the same.  Because we have never been given Trump’s tax returns, we are blind to the investment in Russia that Trump might have.  We already know about the involvement of Tiller, and that is horrifying!  Imagine the damage that could be done to America by a President and Secretary of State indebted to Russia for their election/re-election.  Imagine the damage that could be done to America by a President and Secretary of State who stand to make millions/billions of dollars as a result of their relationship with a foreign leader.  Sarah Palin shouldn’t be laughing she should be re-loading!

Donald Trump ASKED Russia to intervene in the 2016 Presidential Election.

His request was so outrageous that Trevor Noah of Comedy Central dedicated an entire segment to it on his show:

Almost 2 million people have watched this clip of the Comedy Central video of Jul y 27, 2016 regarding Trump’s “Shady Ties to Russia.”  Now the CIA had concluded that Russia intervened in the election to help Trump win!  It was more than an effort to  undermine confidence in the U.S. electoral system.  Intelligence agencies have identified individuals with connections to the Russian government who provided WikiLeaks with thousands of hacked emails from the Democratic National Committee and others, including Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman.

“It is the assessment of the intelligence community that Russia’s goal here was to favor one candidate over the other, to help Trump get elected,” said a senior U.S. official briefed on an intelligence presentation made to U.S. senators. “That’s the consensus view.”

The Obama administration has been debating for months how to respond to the alleged Russian intrusions, with White House officials concerned about escalating tensions with Moscow and being accused of trying to boost Clinton’s campaign.

Even some Republicans consider Russian interference with our elections to be dangerous, and worth investigating.  Republican Senator Lindsey Graham said this:

That any country could be meddling in our elections should shake both political parties to their core,” incoming Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer said in a statement. “Senate Democrats will join with our Republican colleagues next year to demand a congressional investigation and hearings to get to the bottom of this.”
Now, the only question that remains is whether Sarah Palin signaled the commencement of the espionage with a wave of her hand?
