Sarah Palin’s Perception of Julian Assange Morphed from Anti-Christ to Savior

When Julian Assange posted through Wiki Leaks data hacked from Sarah Palin’s private e-mail account she called Assange :

“an anti-American operative with blood on his hands.”

Now that WikiLeaks has published hacked emails from the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, Palin has completely reversed her condemnation of Assange.  Palin explained:

“Exposing the truth re: the Left having been oh-so-guilty of atrocious actions and attitudes of which they’ve falsely accused others,” she wrote in the post. “The media collusion that hid what many on the Left have been supporting is shocking. This important information that finally opened people’s eyes to democrat candidates and operatives would not have been exposed were it not for Julian Assange.

Sarah also apologized for her previous condemnation of Assange after WikiLeaks posted her hacked emails.

“I apologize for condemning Assange when he published my infamous (and proven noncontroversial, relatively boring) emails years ago,” she wrote.

Palin continued: “As I said at the time of being targeted and my subsequent condemnation, though, the line must be drawn before our troops or innocent lives deserving protection would be put at risk as a result of published emails.”

Palin then implored people to see the movie “Snowden,” about former CIA contractor Edward Snowden who leaked classified information about the National Security Agency. She called the movie “enlightening.”

This time the internet has gone wild in its observation that Palin’s current praise of Assange is a 180 degree about-face in her attitude about Assange.  One joked that her apology shows Palin can now “collude with Russia from her house.”

Once again, it seem that Sarah Palin has morphed from the image of Savior ,

to the Anti-Christ.

  1. This is called “situational ethics” – by not only Palin, but by Trump too. I just read an article that quoted Trump calling for the death penalty for info-leakers, but is now heralding Assang as disclosing what the media couldn’t find. Amazing how partisanship trumps ethics.

  2. Malia – Sarah never apologizes for anything or to anyone. So, why is she apologizing to Assange? If we are to believe her apology, she now believes Assange exposed the truth. If Trump changes his opinion about the Russian hacking after the intel briefing on Friday, how will the Wasilla loon react?

  3. I can’t figure out how Assange, Anonymous, and Wikileaks all turned into conservative, right wing Trump supporters. It seems contrary to their original mission of taking down the 1% ownership of countries.
