Three Professors Question Trump’s Possible Mental Instability

Trump has been known to exhibit signs of mental instability, including grandiosity, impulsivity, hypersensitivity to slights or criticism, and an apparent inability to distinguish between fantasy and reality.  Three professors  of psychiatry, including one from Harvard Medical School, have written a letter to President Obama.  These professors express “grave concern” about the mental stability of the Donald.  They explained that:  “We strongly recommend that, in preparation for assuming these responsibilities, he receive a full medical and neuropsychiatric evaluation by an impartial team of investigators.”

It is frightening to think that we have no standards to evaluate any candidate for the highest office in the land.  In order to run for President a person is not required to produce any health records, they are not required to pass any type of psychiatric exam, and they are not required to produce any tax returns.  For God’s sake!  We require the people applying for a job with the CIA to pass a medical and psychological test.

  1. Good gosh Americans go through more applying at Walmart for a job. Applying for loan. Applying for college. And this mental patient walks in, breaks all rules, laws and ethics. The Electoral College must make history on Monday and reject the Russian tampering and rigging.

  2. Malia, you nailed it, the insanity of our electoral process. We vote in managers who are not held to the same standards as the people they manage. No drug tests, no psych evaluations, no financial background standards.

  3. If the electoral voters are required to read the federalist papers at least and various articles and opinions and clearly understand the laws and terminology than I feel confident that they have enough to deny trump the vote. If it goes to the senate? They are under Oath and Pledge Allegiance to America then they have enough to legally and morally deny the vote to trump. If a candidate were required to submit tax returns, health records, background checks etc. There would be enough to deny mr trump the vote. I have hope. I am an independent voter and if this were reversed I would feel the same. Our elections must be secured, real, fair and certifiable.

  4. A professional assessment would be icing on the cake. However we know from observation that the short fingered vulgarian is crazy.

An MRI and EEG would most likely show brain damage, of the kind resulting from untreated syphilis.
