Donald Trump Plummets to a New Low as He Insults the Father of a Fallen Soldier!

This is the father of the vet killed in action who save the lives of the soldiers under his command.   Khizr Khan explained that as a father he’d made the ultimate sacrifice.  Donald Trump has not had to pay for his freedom.  Mr. Khan offered to allow Trump to borrow his copy of the Constitution.

Mr. Khan explained that “You have not sacrificed anything.”

Donald Trump responded with the assertion that he had in fact made sacrificed himself by employing “thousands and thousands of people.” He also suggested that Khan’s wife didn’t speak because she was forbidden to as a Muslim and questioned whether Khan’s words were his own.

Trump also took to twitter, showing off his Presidential demeanor, saying:

This response of Trump is the most offensive statement yet.  To compare working to make his fortune to the sacrifice of losing a child is the most outrageous, sickening, heartless thing Trump has ever said.  I can not imagine the pain a parent experiences when they have to bury a child.  Trump’s insensitivity to this pain is simply unforgivable.

Remember when Trump attacked McCain suggesting that he liked people who weren’t captured?

McCain is now speaking out about his disgust for what Trump said about this fallen soldier.  He said:

“Arizona is watching,” McCain said in the statement. “It is time for Donald Trump to set the example for our country and the future of the Republican Party. While our Party has bestowed upon him the nomination, it is not accompanied by unfettered license to defame those who are the best among us.”

So here’s the question.  How can Sarah justify her support of Trump when both McCain and her son-in-law have spoken out against this heartless response of Trump?

Moreover, it is outrageous that Trump would attack the mother of the soldier for not speaking at the DNC because she knew she would cry.

  1. Malia –

When you have time – check out an article on Raw Story by Tom Boggioni (sp?) It concerns Trump’s mental health – it was posted earlier today so you should be able to find it. Sorry – I don’t have a link.

  2. Hey Sarah! Since you and your minions read here, pass it on to the orange chimp that HIS RNC blathering Benghazi mother lost any credibility with her most offensive attack on Hillary.
Dumb Trump doesn’t know what an attack looks like?
Boy Howdy. Time to feather the bomb shelter nest.

  3. Malia – Where are Trump’s handlers in this? What the hell is Trump’s campaign manager Manafort thinking? Whoever has control over Trump’s twitter and speeches needs to tell this orange lard ass to STFU! Trump doesn’t know when to shut up because everything has to be about him – sort of like his BFF, Sarah Palin. And, now today Trump’s wife’s nude photos were released which is a blatant attempt to try to deflect from Trump’s never-ending attack on the Khans and his stupid comments about foreign policy. Hopefully, it will backfire!

  4. This one got me. Nothing funny, ironic or stupid to comment. This is not a bad thing or a good thing it is just sad..No discussion or debate needed. Its just sad.

    1. painchipeater,
It’s sad that anyone nominated for the presidency would say these things…so just imagine the damage he could do as President.

  5. The Donald is this year’s proud recipient of the Rush Limbaugh award for outstanding achievement in vile, disgusting, hate speech. He keeps telling it like it is for all of his poorly educated redneck fan base to hear. No political correctness. Also, no boundaries, borders, self-awareness, empathy, common sense, coherence, understanding, focus, humility, class, or taste.

This Khan event might be The Donald’s “47 percent” moment. Let’s hope it rides his ugly ass all the way into November.

  6. His surrogates are saying that Mr. Khan is part of the Muslim Brotherhood and that Captain Khan was an Al Qaeda plant. And he dropped even lower by promising to put $arah Palin in his cabinet. America will officially become a banana republic.

  7. It’s pretty rich that man whose convention called for jailing Hillary (and worse) is upset that a calm and rational man called him out for not having made sacrifices and not knowing the constitution. Both are TRUE.

Listening to Trump in a subsequent interview defend the “sacrifices” he’s made was a lesson in narcissism. And his stereotyped assessment of Mrs. Khan has already established how low one can sink. She has rebutted him beautifully.

I listened to the Khans tonight on PBS Newshour and was uplifted by their humanity and by their pride in our country. They are exactly the kind of immigrants we need and should desire. I only wish I could meet them. they are both heroes to me.

Let us hope that the melee Trump has started will lose him more votes from minorities, from women and from the majority of Americans who believe that diversity is our strength. He is a disgrace. I guess I should be glad that he’s screwing up so badly that he’s driving more Republicans from supporting him. :- )

    1. BW,
I keep thinking that all of America will figure it out, but to my shock and horror some still plan to vote for him!

  8. My daughter who lives near Arlington National Cemetery reports that visitors are streaming to Captain Khan’s gave, which is almost buried in flowers.

I’m praying daily that Donald Trump drops over at a rally with a heart attack and dies in public, clutching his chest, gasping for breath, and pissing in his pants. Will I die and go to hell for wishing this?

    1. Old Redneck,
You are just saying what a lot of people are thinking,,,mostly Republicans so they can nominate another person.

  9. There are two things we can expect to hear almost daily in the United States:

    1. Another mass shooting!
    2. Trump insults __________!

Voters and Congress are too lazy and too stupid to fix the problem.

  10. well, if trump were to drop out (as in quit mid-stream) like his buddette, sour praline, this is how it may be resolved:
